Purchasing your baby gift from fridayschild.com.au assumes your understanding and agreement to the following:

CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to process any cancellations of orders prior to despatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Incorrect delivery addresses resulting in a re-delivery will be charged a second delivery charge of $20.00 (hamper gifts or keepsake boxes) or $10 for single individual gifts. Re-delivery may take between 24-48 hours.

*HOSPITAL DELIVERIES* 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the recipient will be in hospital for the full day, on the expected day of delivery.  If the patient has been discharged at time of delivery, a $20 re-delivery fee will result.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE SAFE 

All of our baby gifts are labelled ‘Authority to Leave’. If the recipient is not home at time of delivery the gift will be left at the premises. If there is no safe place to leave the gift, a calling card will be left advising of the closest collection point or Australia Post shop.

COURIER DELAYS 

Friday’s Child uses a third party courier service/Australia Post to deliver our baby gifts. Once your baby gift leaves our premises it is then in the hands of the courier company/Australia Post. We do our very best to ensure your gift arrives on time, however, there will always be circumstances that are out of our control which could affect delivery within these time-frames. In these rare instances, we will ensure we let you know as soon as we are made aware of the delay, and we will always aim to resolve the issue as quickly as humanly possible.

REFUNDS 

We ask that you please call us on 02 8061 6102 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the baby gift you have sent or received. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, a number of resolutions will be available to you and we will come to a solution to suit your case.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. 

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

All hamper items are subject to stock availability. Any merchandise shown on the website may be discontinued or substituted without notice. If, due to unforseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item or an item is discontinued, Friday’s Child Baby Gifts guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.

REPRESENTATION

All measurements and capacities are approximate and can vary due to manufacturing changes. Manufacturing changes can result in variations to photography. The depiction of colours is as accurate as web reproduction will allow. By using this website, you agree to the published terms, conditions and disclaimers. By purchasing an item advertised on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may choose to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

FRAUD

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Friday’s Child Baby Gifts does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
