IMPORTANT NOTE:

For all hospital deliveries, we ask that you are certain your recipient will be in the hospital for the full day of expected delivery. Your baby gift will be delivered to the hospital between the business hours (8am to 5pm), unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee an exact time. If your recipient has been discharged at time of delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender to deliver to an alternative address. Please also note that once the gift has been delivered and signed for at the hospital mailroom, Friday’s Child has no control over the internal processes at the hospital which governs how long the gift takes to reach your recipient. This is totally out of our control and responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for the gift once it has been received into the hospital. Your understanding is appreciated.
