cancellations

Should you need to cancel your order, money can only be refunded if notice is received by Friday’s Child prior to the product being dispatched. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

refunds

We ask that you please call us on 02 8061 6102 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the Baby Gift you have sent or received. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, a number of resolutions may be available to you and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Please Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

delivery

There is a flat delivery fee of $15 which is included at checkout.

Delivery of items is subject to availability. We work with numerous suppliers to create our baby gifts and unfortunately it is impossible for us to guarantee 100% stock availability at all times as this is the responsibility and controlled by each individual supplier. In the unlikely event that a hamper item is not able to be supplied, Friday’s Child will endeavour to advise the customer as soon as this information becomes available to us.

An extra administration charge of $12 may be applied if an incorrect delivery address is provided.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

Our products and services do not attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are exclusive of GST.

All prices on fridayschild.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

product substitutions

All hamper items are subject to stock availability. Any merchandise shown on the website may be discontinued without notice. If, due to unforseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item or an item is discontinued, Friday’s Child Baby Gifts guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.

representation

All measurements and capacities are approximate and can vary due to manufacturing changes. Manufacturing changes can result in variations to photography. The depiction of colours is as accurate as web reproduction will allow.

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Friday’s Child Baby Gifts does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
